CLIC is looking for a talented, energetic and high achieving MEL Manager with demonstrable Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and business development experience to lead the growth of CLIC’s portfolio of M&E projects, to oversee the management of the portfolio of projects and to conduct evaluations/assessments.
